Bert Callens runs his business from beautiful Zwevegem, which is also Robaws' home town. It means we regularly see Bert's vans drive past our offices. “Indeed, we regularly pass by your premises,” laughs Bert. “It was also a conscious decision to work locally, after all, nobody looks forward to a long drive or being stuck in a traffic jam.”

We use most of the Robaws features and modules. Post-calculation is particularly interesting, and definitely anything to do with planning. Thanks to Wappy, we also save a lot of time, compared to the days when we still worked with written work orders. The people on the road also like working with it, as they always have all the info to hand, even if they have to go to several sites in one day.

"And no issues with customers, everything is transparently recorded, and digitally signed off. We started using Robaws 18 months ago now, and we really recommend it to everyone. In Zwevegem, and beyond," Bert winks.
